Ingredients:
- Dry Red Chillies - 12
- Coriander Seeds - 4 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 2 tsp
- Caraway Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 2 inch Stick
- Star Anise - 1
- Clove - 4
- Black Cardamom - 1
- Green Cardamom - 4
- Black Peppercorns - 6
- Nagkesar - 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg - 1 tsp powder
- Turmeric - 1 tsp powder
- Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
- Poppy Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Dry roast all the above ingredients on medium heat for sometime till it leaves nice aroma.Make sure you don't burn it.
- Let it cool for some time.
- Dry grind it, to a smooth powder.
- You can store it for almost 9-10 months.
