Most famous Indian street food / Punjabi breakfast,Lunch/Dinner recipe to try - Aloo Pyaz Naan (Dhaba Style-chur chur naan)
I have been sharing a lot of Ice-cream recipes recently, that's because Summer has hit us (for some of you,its still few more days to go),but I start with Ice cream recipes since Feb or March).
This recipe is totally drool-worthy,specially if you all love street food, and can understand how well the flavors of Indian food blend together, but not spicy at all .Yes! You heard it right, this dish looks spicy along with Punjabi Chole /Pindi Chole, use whatever combo you like,it's not at all spicy.
I wanted to make this for a long time but since its so very HOT here,so I was a bit taken aback with the spice levels and heat would make us feel😕 but this combo was just amazing!
I made a very mild version of Punjabi Chole that we are used to eating,Please check my recipe of Punjabi Chole I have shared. Here I have reduced the quantity of spices to make the chole milder.
Aloo (Potato) and Pyaz(Onion) stuffing together with other spices blend so well with the boondi raita and chole, that my spice intolerant family loved these.
