No-fail recipe and perfect for breakfast on any day or for a special day like Christmas !
Perfect Cinnamon Rolls are on my list for a long time - this recipe I am sharing now is perfect,no-fail recipe of Cinnamon Rolls.
Breakfast and Dessert recipe is so easy to fix when you try this, and won't disappoint you.
I remember eating these first time in a small town bakery/ cake shop ,these were perfectly warmish and dripping with Cream Cheese Glaze.
The cream cheese glaze that normally you will find on most Cinnamon Rolls is a little thick and spreadable quality, but I made a little thin glaze ,which was actually dripping from the sides of the rolls and was melting instantly on the hot rolls.
Recently I have shared few recipes that might interest you,if you are visiting my blog for the first time: Olive Garden Copycat Fettuccine Alfredo, Panda Express Copycat Black Pepper Chicken, Nashville Style Hot Chicken Burger, Cajun Shrimp Pasta , Pad Thai Noodles , Sesame Chicken ,Churros.
Step to make the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Make the dough by adding the egg, warm milk, yeast, salt, butter and mix well. Next add the flour and with the kitchen Stand Mixer or with a Hand Mixer make the dough.
- It will slightly sticky but wont stick to your hands or the bowl.
- Cover it with a cling wrap and keep aside till it doubles in size, almost for an hour.
- Next roll this dough into a wide rectangle of 12x16 Inch size.
- Apply the butter onto this rectangle and sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon ground, roll it tightly lengthwise.
- Cut it into 12 equal round and bake these further till top is browned.
- Spread the cream cheese glaze on top.Serve warm or cold.
Can I refrigerate to consume later?
Yes. These taste better either warm or cold,as per personal choice enjoy them as you like it.
Can I make them without Egg?
I prefer adding egg to most of my bakes,as the egg gives a great texture to the final dish. But you can skip egg in this recipe and try.I do not think it would make much of a difference but you can also go for any egg substitutes if you like.
How long can these be refrigerated?
We consumed them in three days, but I am sure they will hold up well for 4-5 days without any problems if refrigerated.
What if I do not have Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer? Can I made dough with hands?
Yes of course! I prefer making the dough mostly with hands than in mixers. But they are for convenience and ease.So use your hands if you do not have any kitchen dough mixers.
